Dissertation Unplugged

I wanted to leave the house to write today, but I didn't want to miss any calls from family. My house has become a central communication point because my mother did not take her phone charger with her to Granny's Town. So I unplugged the laptop and worked in the living room--a space I usually chill in. I got some good research and organization done, but no new text. Just couldn't focus. I'm about five seconds away from being really frustrated. I really can't have this chapter hanging over me next week--I'll try again tomorrow.
