Better or Worse?

Still working on the blog. I like the new banner--it is a picture that I took during my first trip to California. That summer was a period of transition for me, so I thought it was fitting to have this photo represent my transition out of student life. But I'm still not crazy about the blog colors. I'll see if it grows on me this week (and I'll probably tinker some more). What do you think--better or worse? (Be honest).
