Decent Workday

It wasn't outstanding, but I got my pages done. The quality of the writing could have been better today, BUT writing is writing at this point. I did have some fun looking through old New York Times articles. I had a few Dave Chappelle--"Man that was racist"--moments, but hey those were the Times. The times where you could be publicly racist and it was cool. Those days are definitely on the return--I miss the late 80s/early 90s when folks were trying to learn to be sensitive to their own racisms (pre-"PC"). I always chuckle when I see that Cosby Show episode where Denise was teaching Olivia -- don't say Black but African-American, don't say White but Caucasian. Poor Olivia couldn't even pronounce the words--but that was the in thing then. But that's another post, I'm rambling--going to bed early.
