Revising Day

In the spirit of this morning's quiz, today is all about revisions. My last five cover letters for assistant professor positions are now drafted and in need of polishing. At least four are pretty close to completion and just need proofing. The fifth one still needs a little work. Hopefully the whole endeavor won't take more than two hours.

Rest of the day--dissertation revisions. I am going to spend all day and probably all tomorrow evening revising Chapters One through Three. My advisors sent me some good comments so I am hoping to get myself back in dissertation mode by going through them. I'm praying that this will be good momentum to get me into Fourth Chapter on Monday.
